The internal order regulation and the rules of behavior presented below have the role of establishing the prerequisites for functioning in civilized conditions and according to legal norms.
Failure to comply with them by customers obliges the staff to take measures of non-acceptance or exclusion of them from the Location.

The contracting of services by clients implies their knowledge of this Internal Order Regulation and the implicit and unconditional acceptance of its provisions.
The location operates:
1 dining room for 80 seats,
2 restaurant type kitchens,
1 covered and heated terrace
Other facilities and special offers:
The location has its own restaurant with a capacity of 80 seats, to which is added a covered and heated terrace.
The location is authorized for public catering.

As hosts, we want you to have a pleasant stay in our location, assuring you that we will do our best to ensure that all the services offered are at the level of your requirements.
The internal order regulation and the rules of behavior presented below have the role of establishing the premises of operation, in civilized conditions and according to legal norms.
In order to be able to fulfill these wishes in such a way that you come back to us with pleasure countless times, please strictly observe the following rules of interior order:
– Customers have the obligation to behave in a civilized manner and not to disturb the peace of those around them and not to offend other customers in any way.
– SMOKING IS FORBIDDEN IN CLOSED PREMISES!
– NO PETS ALLOWED
– In closed spaces, smoking is prohibited by law. No smoking!
If there are Private Events in one of the lounges, customers who are not part of the event are asked to respect the exclusivity offered.
RESTAURANT/ TERRACE BOOKING CONDITIONS
Making reservations
Reservations can be made by phone at the phone numbers mentioned on the presentation page or online through the contact form on the website.
Telephone reservations are made during working hours, specified on the website, the location does not have non-stop hours.
Between 10:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m., reservations are not accepted (by phone, website, social networks).
Reservations for the restaurant and terrace are made at least one day before the customer’s arrival at the location, to ensure the desired meal. For reservations made on the current day, distribution will be based on location availability. Failure to comply with the reservation for more than 30 minutes will be cancelled.
The tables distributed on the side with a view are intended for a minimum of 4 people and have a minimum consumption of 300 lei. The time allowed for serving the meal is a maximum of 3 hours, except for organized meals.
Eating and drinking outside the venue is strictly prohibited, otherwise you will have to leave the venue after paying the costs of the services provided.
Customers are requested to:
not to damage the objects of the location, otherwise they will be charged the amount equal to the value of the damaged object and the labor;
not to take any object from the endowment when leaving;
not to disturb the peace of other customers, otherwise you will have to leave the location after paying the costs related to the services provided.
to use only the common spaces of the location;
not to enter spaces intended only for staff
not to leave children unattended;
not to break the plants,
– Access to the restaurant with drinks bought outside the location is prohibited.
– Access inside the location with pets is not allowed.
– Any accident caused as a result of improper use of the equipment or non-compliance with these regulations is not our responsibility. Also, any accident caused as a result of children not being supervised is not our responsibility.
– Moderate consumption of alcoholic beverages and avoiding presence in public spaces in an advanced state of intoxication is recommended.
– It is strictly forbidden to bring weapons, white weapons or tear gas into the premises.
– According to Romanian legislation, the consumption or sale of hallucinogenic or psychotropic substances is prohibited and punishable.
– Do not throw paper and other objects into the toilet that could lead to damage to the exhaust system, which operates on the basis of a pump-shredder type system.
– For any destruction or damage to goods, measures will be taken accordingly and the sums related to repairing the damage will be paid.
